At the first consultation, we will sit with you or a family member to assess and design a customized Plan of Care. This customized Plan of Care is designed to nurture physical, emotional and social wellness. The Plan of Care will be updated according to the client’s needs. Our caregivers are skilled and view caregiving as a vocation. We carefully screen our caregivers and they are only employed if they succeed in meeting our agency’s high standards of character, professionalism and integrity. All caregivers are bonded and insured. Panda HomeCare guarantees a dedicated and exceptional caregiver. We also have ongoing communications throughout our services with you.

We require no minimums and no contracts. You pay for only the services you need and want. We work with Medicaid and many long-term insurance carriers. Panda HomeCare is committed to maintaining affordable pay rates. We also offer Respite Care to help provide caregivers a temporary rest. Using respite services can support and strengthen your caregiver.

Our Hourly Private Pay Rates Are:

  • Companion $23.00 per hour for one client and $28.00 per hour for two clients 
  • Homemaker $24.00 per hour for one client and $29.00 per hour for two clients 
  • Personal Care Assistant $26.50 per hour for one client and $32 per hour for two clients
  • Overnight Services for 12 hours $265 for one client and $290 for two
  • 24 Hour Live-In Services $312.00 per day with 2 workers switching weeks for one client or $348 per day for two clients with 2 workers switching weeks or $348 per day with 1 worker continuously for one client or $360 per daycfor two clients with 1 worker continuously
  • Respite Care
